Work smarter, NOT harder. As a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health coach, with over 8 years of professional experience, I work holistically, leveraging the latest fitness and health research to get you the best results in the safest and most efficient way possible. Typically workouts are only 20 minutes, 1-2x/week, with additional health coaching depending on your specific needs. The work we will do together will be 1:1 in a private gym. My total health and fitness coaching system, The Focused Strength Protocol, will show you exactly what your body needs so you never under or overtrain again.
