Body Synergie is a wellness studio serving the Rockwall area since 2005. Our classes include yoga, tai chi, qigong, aerial hoops and silks, pole fitness, and meditation. We also offer healing therapies of rolfing and craniosacral therapy for all ages including prenatal, postnatal and infant care.
