Haute yoga classes are vinyasa style and conducted in a moderatly heated room. Wear clothes that are comfortable and suitable for movement and a sweat. Yoga towels are recommended. Haute yoga offers high quality yoga mats and towels for hire or sale at the studio. Changing rooms and restroom are available on site.
