The weight rooms feature Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Samson equipment and power platforms with Eleiko weights for Olympic weightlifting and power lifting. One weight room features a circuit training area utilizing selectorized equipment, while the free weight area has dumbbells , benches, platforms, and includes a large assortment of bars, plates and bumper plates for all of your lifting needs

Cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, steppers, elliptical steppers, cross trainers, stationary bikes and Summit trainers in addition to 31 Spinning bikes. The cardio loft also features six television sets for your enjoyment.
