We are a Personal Training Studio that specializes in Core Strength Training. We offer one-on-one personal training, semi-private training and group training (in an indoor/outdoor boot camp format). Our circuit training program incorporates elements of yoga, Pilates, strength training with resistance bands, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, stability balls, the Bosu and various other balance and core strength training equipment. We also have a Health Coach with Take Shape For Life that is an unbelievably effective weight-loss program. Lose 2 to 4 pounds a week. Guaranteed!
